Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time available
• Pay: $14.50 + tips (can range from additional $4-6/hr)

Front of House Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Welcome every guest with great energy and hospitality; smiles and warm friendly demeanor.

• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine interactions

• Take orders accurately and efficiently

• Help maintain fast ticket times while staying detail-oriented

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members

• Make and serve drinks to order 

• Keep the guest-facing areas and clean, stocked, and inviting

• Handle busy rushes with urgency and composure

• Represent the Eggman brand, culture, and values at all times

• Stay dependable, coachable, and team-oriented

• Support teammates wherever needed during shifts

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)

• Morning shifts (During our operating hours)
