- Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely and pleasant.
- Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
- Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats.
- Appropriate entrees from VERDAD, including, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests.
- Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
