Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procuremen t Analys t to support purchasing operation s, supplier communications, and procuremen t reporting activities. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely sourcing, purchase orde r processing, supplier follow-up, and data analysi s. The ideal candidate will have strong Exce l skills, experience working with suppliers, and an interest in developing a career within procuremen t and supply chai n management

.Key Responsibilitie

• sSupport procuremen t activities including sourcing requests, supplier outreach, quote collection, and purchase orde r administratio n
• .Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors regarding pricing, delivery schedules, order status, and documentatio n requests
• .Track and manage supplier responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and maintain procuremen t records
• .Analyze supplier pricing, lead times, and purchasing trends to support sourcing decisions
• .Create and maintain procuremen t reports, spend analysi s, supplier scorecards, and KPI dashboards using Microsoft Exce l
• .Utilize advanced Exce l functions including Pivot Tables, VLOOKU P/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, and reporting tools to analyze purchasing data
• .Assist with vendo r onboarding, supplier documentatio n, and maintenance of supplier information within ERP systems
• .Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• .Support invoic e reconciliation and assist with resolving supplier payment or pricing discrepancies
• .Collaborate with Procuremen t, Operation s, Finance, and Supply Chai n teams to support busines s objectives
• .Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency within procuremen t operation s

.Qualification

• sBachelor's degree in Busines s, Supply Chai n, Procuremen t, Finance, or related field preferred
• .1-4 years of experience in procuremen t, purchasing, supply chai n, vendo r management, or related busines s operation s
• .Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exce l including Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, and reporting
• .Strong experience working directly with vendors and suppliers
• .Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• .Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• .Experience supporting procuremen t reporting, purchasing activities, or supplier management is preferred
