About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Interventional Solutions in the USCAN region. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product, clinical, and commercial strategy, as well as the interventional P&L delivery across the market. This role demands a leader with a strong background in commercial and marketing excellence, who can enhance the customer experience, and ensure wing-to-wing execution. The VP will be a key member of the global interventional leadership team, partnering with regional and segment leaders to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Key responsibilities include direct management of marketing, commercial, and clinical interventional teams, leading segmentation and product specialization strategy, and owning the tactics to drive win rates and share gain in the USCAN markets. Applicants for the VP role at the company should have a BA/BS degree, with at least 8 years of successful sales, marketing, or product leadership experience, and a minimum of 4 years in senior-level sales management, product, or general management. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical competency and understanding of the healthcare product portfolio, the ability to influence and drive change in a highly matrixed environment, and a proven track record of sales success. The VP will be expected to develop and execute multiple priorities, possess excellent communication and team-building skills, and be highly skilled at both written and verbal communication. A background in the healthcare or MedTech industry is essential, as is a strong focus on compliance and the ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and have a strong management capability to develop talent within the team.
