Monitoring employees of specific areas. Give feedback to the people. Join a company that invests in you from day one.What You Will DoMust have a positive "can-do" attitudeResponsible for aisle patrolVerify and enforce safety complianceVerify and enforce compliance of the SOPsMonitoring time per task reportsMonitoring location issues reportsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to the shipping process.E.O.D. stock chaser audits (cars clean, trash thrown, tablets/scanners plugged and charged in correct spot)Provide involvement in the planning and execution of Special Projects related to shipping processProvide leadership to the shipping teamAll other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForGood interpersonal, relationship building and employee coaching/development skillsComputer skills in a Microsoft Windows environmentMust be 18 years or olderAbility to operate a warehouse cartAbility to follow detailed instructions/detailed orientedAbility to use electronic devices such as tablets, radios, scanners, etc.Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per dayAbility to bend, stoop, and twist on a regular basisAbility to work independently without close supervision and within a teamBasic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accuratelyAbility to communicate, understand, and read in EnglishHave sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU informationBachelor's degree preferredAbility to work flexible hours and overtime when requiredProtective Equipment RequiredMust be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.Physical DemandsIn performing the job of a Receiving Lead, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
