What You Bring:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in school-based OT settings and familiarity with IEP processes highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
• Dedication to fostering inclusivity and supporting students with diverse developmental and physical challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students pre-K through high school
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans within the IEP framework
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to create adaptive strategies and accommodations that foster student growth and classroom participation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insightful recommendations to guide best practices and achieve student goals
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy
