The Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) in Willmar is seeking compassionate and engaging Registered Nurses to join our team. CABHH delivers inpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6-18) with serious behavioral and emotional conditions. Duties include: Supervise and evaluate the competence of nursing personnel to ensure individual nursing care needs are met and professional standards are maintained. Participate in development of Master Treatment Plan (MTP), implement Master Treatment Plan (MTP) and document the results of specific interventions so that clients can accomplish their individual goals. Minimum Qualifications Be licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN in the State of MN ***Future Registered Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-RN are encouraged to apply.
