Qualifications

• Selling capital/navigation, disruptive preferred

• Spine and/or neuro experience

• Award winner

• Documented success

• 4-year degree is a must

Products

Robot, navigation, imaging systems

Call points: Spine surgeons and C-suite

Territory: Maine

Compensation

150K base, 10% commission uncapped, 8M quota, stock options at sign on, full exp, car allowance, matching 401K, medical/dental, etc.

Training: 6-8 weeks, 3 weeks at the corporate office, in field and home study

Interview Process

1. Phone or virtual interview

2. Initial face to face with zone director

3. Final interview with the VP of sales and executives at the corporate office
