Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

We have an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link. Patent litigation experience is a threshold requirement, and the ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Responsibilities The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit, handling patent litigation matters and contributing to strategy and case development. The role requires excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Qualifications Active bar license in the state of residence or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible. Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence (preferred). Three to seven years of experience in intellectual property litigation (patent litigation experience is a threshold requirement). Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset with diverse background, interests, and experience welcomed. Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and much more. Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC only is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
