Benefits Administration Services Associate Pay Rate: $18.44/hr plus 5% or 10% shift differential depending on days worked, which may be below your state's minimum wage. • Answering calls
• Review emails
• Follow supervisor/manager instructions throughout the day

Requirements:

• Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to use multiple systems (12) and dual screens
• Must be computer savvy and able to upload documents
• Must have prior call center experience
• Must be reliable and on time
• Must be a fast learner
• Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional

communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately * Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)

• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
• Live in one of the following states AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY,

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $33,600 - $42,000.
