Position: Physical Therapist (PT) – SNF / LTC Start Date: 05/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per shift) Shift: 8 hours per day Employment Type: Travel contract, 8x5 position Responsibilities Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance as a Physical Therapist in the SNF / LTC setting. Qualifications 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in SNF / LTC. Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice. Licensed or in immediate process of obtaining PT licensure in the state of Kansas.
