Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment used to manufacture color and additive concentrates. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to job specifications Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain a clean and organized work area Accurately complete production and quality documentation Qualifications Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow job specifications and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
