Family Support Coordinator

Pay Rate:


$25.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate professional to provide administrative and program support in a student-focused environment. This role involves managing data, supporting student and family engagement initiatives, coordinating referrals to community resources, and helping ensure the successful delivery of support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail.
  
  
• Gather, track, and analyze information to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support reporting requirements.
  
  
• Prepare clear and professional written communications, reports, and documentation.
  
  
• Serve as a point of contact for students, families, and community partners, building positive and productive relationships.
  
  
• Assist with connecting families to community-based resources and support programs.
  
  
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  
  
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support daily operations.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a supportive and student-centered experience.
  
  
• Interpret and apply organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements accurately.
  
  
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with scheduled work hours.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong data entry and administrative support experience.
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to organize workloads, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  
  
• Experience maintaining confidential records and sensitive information.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities.
  
  
• Successful completion of required background screening and health clearance requirements.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or college coursework in Education, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field.
  
  
• Experience supporting programs within education, community services, youth development, or nonprofit organizations.
  
  
• Familiarity with student support services, behavioral health programs, foster youth services, or housing assistance programs.
  
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
