Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

Job Summary BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. This role involves performing home visits for adult and geriatric clients throughout the Greater Boston area. Specialty & Details Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Schedule: Full or Part-Time (flexible) Compensation Base Pay: $60.00–$68.00 per point, plus weekend differential. Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000.00. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform client assessments as needed. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touchpad tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. Graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program. One year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN. Prior Home Health visit experience and OASIS experience strongly preferred.
