Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Northeast Massachusetts. The role involves providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in the home setting, supporting a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing OASIS documentation to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments and monitor subtle changes in patient condition. Use acute and post‑acute care expertise (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care) to triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently. Perform medication reconciliation, education, and safety monitoring. Carry out wound assessment, care, and documentation using point‑of‑care technology. Manage a dynamic visit schedule, prioritize urgent visits, and maintain productivity expectations. Qualifications Current nursing license in good standing in the State of Massachusetts. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience with adults/geriatric patients in acute or home health settings within the last two years. Proficiency with OASIS documentation and point‑of‑care technology. Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing patient needs, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity. Compensation & Schedule Weekly base pay: $60–$65 per point, subject to negotiation. Bonus of $5,000 with a full‑time commitment. Flexible scheduling with a weekly pay schedule. Paid training from day one (office, home, and online).
