3rd Shift Phlebotomy Supervisor

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor for its Mobile, Alabama patient service center to oversee a team of 25+ phlebotomists across multiple locations on a third shift schedule. The role combines team leadership, operational management, and customer service responsibilities within a diagnostic laboratory network.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage 25+ phlebotomists across patient service centers and physician offices
• Handle staffing coordination, payroll, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor productivity, patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels
• Recruit, hire, and train phlebotomists for open positions
• Resolve patient and client issues and assist with new center setup

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 3+ years supervisory or direct report leadership experience preferred
• 5+ years phlebotomist experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pass standardized color blindness test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• At least 21 years old
