Phlebotomist Overnight Shift Hospital

Labcorp seeks a hospital phlebotomist for third-shift patient care at Mobile Infirmary Hospital in Mobile, Alabama. The role involves blood collection, specimen preparation, patient documentation, and billing processing across rotating evening and weekend schedules.
Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
Enter patient data and process billing information accurately
Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen documentation logs; travel to additional sites as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or equivalent certification
Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation
