Customer Success Specialist needed in Lenexa!

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be the glue between our customers and the teams that keep their orders moving. You'll be the voice customers hear when they want to know "where's my order," the person vendors hear from when a timeline needs attention, and the internal signal that keeps sales, operations, and customer success on the same page. If you're the kind of person who spots a problem before it becomes one, communicates clearly under pressure, and genuinely likes making people's day easier, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for customers after the sale, keeping them informed with clear, proactive updates on production timelines, order status, and delivery

• Partner with our vendor network to keep production and fulfillment on schedule

• Track production schedules, catch delays early, and work cross-functionally to solve problems before they affect the customer

• Keep sales, operations, and customer success aligned with real-time updates so nothing falls through the cracks

• Build lasting relationships with vendors and customers built on trust and follow-through

• Own the resolution of service issues around timing, quality, or shipping — making sure every interaction ends on a good note

• Look for ways to make the customer journey and our backend processes better as we scale

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, order management, or a similar customer-facing role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can deliver both good news and bad news clearly

• A knack for staying organized and tracking multiple orders, timelines, and conversations at once

• Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and outside vendors

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you flag issues early rather than waiting for them to escalate

• Experience with CRM or order management tools is a plus
