Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and process in‑store payments. Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and handle all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Demonstrate expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable). Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and move around the store continuously. 2–5 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Customer‑focused mindset, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, technical knowledge, and workplace organization. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Compensation Base Pay: $15.80 Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.49 Commissions are available for most positions; commissions and bonuses are awarded based on performance.
