Qualifications and Skills Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Oregon.CPR certificationCurrent driver's licenseMeet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment programWe follow guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.
