Wayne's Automotive is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman to join our team in Warminster, PA. This is more than a technician position—you'll play a key role in driving shop performance, mentoring technicians, and ensuring every repair meets the highest standard while continuing to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily technician workflow and help keep shop operations running efficiently.
• Assign repair orders based on technician strengths and workload.
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical system concerns.
• Mentor, coach, and develop technicians to improve technical skills and productivity.
• Partner with Service Advisors to maintain efficient repair timelines and communication.
• Help maintain quality control standards throughout the repair process.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring or leading other technicians.
• Ability to manage workflow while maintaining personal productivity.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong teamwork skills.
• Pennsylvania State Inspection License preferred.
• Pennsylvania Emissions License preferred.
• Previous Shop Foreman or Lead Technician experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation of $80,000–$120,000+ .
