Temporary Receptionist Needed – 2 Week Assignment (Grandview, MO) $21/hr

We are seeking a professional and reliable receptionist for a 2-week temporary assignment for our client in Grandview, MO. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and make a positive impression at a reputable company!

Job Details:

• Location: Grandview, MO
• Pay: $21/hr
• Assignment Length: 2 weeks
• Schedule: [Insert hours, e.g., Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm]

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage front desk and guest sign-in process
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional appearance and demeanor
