Leading HR projects from initiation to implementation, the full-time HR Project Manager will coordinate and execute organizational initiatives while providing operational support to HR business partners in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent HR initiatives, ensuring effective planning and execution Develop project charters, timelines, and risk logs while facilitating project meetings and tracking progress Support implementation activities for HR-led initiatives and maintain project documentation and reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred 2+ years of project management experience required Experience supporting HR initiatives or organizational change preferred Strong experience using project management tools and methodologies required PMP certification preferred but not required
