Cybersecurity Project Manager

Managing cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Technical Project Manager will provide leadership and direction for project staff, oversee financial services programs, and ensure compliance with VA's governance model while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day management guidance and direction to project personnel in executing tasks defined in the PWS Proactively monitor the performance of programs and program-related projects, ensuring timely and quality service Manage project risks, prepare weekly resource utilization reports, and deliver contractual outputs such as dashboards and status reports Required qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience required, with 5 years leading programs using Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) and SAFe Experience managing program management tasks within the VA, with knowledge of VA's VIP management process Deep understanding of scaled agile development methodologies (SAFe) and relevant technologies Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, and relevant cybersecurity credentials (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are preferred
