Senior Vice President, Global Taxation About the Company Prominent provider of top-notch services Industry Consumer Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an SVP Head of Global Taxation to lead and expand its tax function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate income tax planning and compliance, indirect taxation, and GAAP tax provisions. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in both public and private sectors, particularly within the Big 4, and a CPA qualification. Key responsibilities include leading the global tax function, developing and implementing global tax planning strategies, and ensuring compliance with tax audits. The SVP will also be tasked with reviewing the company's international tax structure and transfer pricing policies, as well as driving the transformation of the tax function through people development, process improvement, and technology implementation. Applicants for the SVP Head of Global Taxation position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive corporate tax experience, with at least 5 years' in a complex, SEC registrant environment. A strong knowledge of U.S. Federal Taxation is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex tax matters to non-tax business leaders and to identify and implement process improvements using tax technology. The role demands an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
