As a Security Officer TWIC Credential Driver in Houston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer. In this driving post, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, perform routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential checks, and other security-related policies at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for people, vehicles, and deliveries, and document visitor activity in accordance with post orders and location protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or access concerns.
• Prepare clear reports on incidents, maintenance issues, policy violations, and daily activities, and report observed concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
