Facilities Coordinator

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Facilities Coordinator will manage client inquiries, oversee work orders, and collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure facility operations are executed efficiently. Key responsibilities Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures and policies Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders while monitoring facility activities File and manage documentation related to work orders and vendor proposals Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset Ability to follow established work routines and standards Basic math skills for calculating percentages and discounts
