Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Massachusetts PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required. Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred. Ability to follow established care plans and document per facility and state regulations. Current TB screening and immunizations as required by facility policy.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Schedule: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
