Since 2010 our company has been dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA Therapy services to individuals with autism and related developmental differences. Service locations include clinic, home and school based ABA Therapy.

Full or part time Hybrid BCBA Position providing clinic and home based services in:

• Indiana- Terre Haute
• Indiana- Seymour
• Indiana- Bloomington

Requirements

Educational Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
• Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes
• Positive team player and energetic professional
• Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good judgment and creative thinking skills
• Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and continuous professional development; experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred.
