Position Title: Personal Injury Attorney Step into a high-impact personal injury practice where you can own your cases, sharpen your litigation skills, and make a direct difference for clients. We are seeking a California-licensed Personal Injury Attorney for an on-site opportunity in Culver City. This attorney will manage a high-volume caseload consisting of both pre-litigation and litigation matters, handling everything from client communication and settlement negotiations to discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is sharp, resilient, and meticulous. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate confidently with clients and colleagues, take feedback well, and maintain exceptional work product even when managing competing priorities. Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 / Year, DOE Responsibilities

- Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload across pre-litigation and litigation
- Develop case strategies and drive matters toward successful resolution
- Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
- Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients throughout their cases
- Maintain frequent communication with clients and provide empathetic, responsive guidance
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- 1-4 years of personal injury experience preferred
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Experience working within a high-volume legal practice
- Excellent legal research, writing, and document-review abilities
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Trial preparation or trial experience
- Experience working with teams across multiple offices
- Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, or other personal injury matters
- Familiarity with legal case management, research, and AI-assisted legal tools
