This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with established clinical protocols. The therapist will be responsible for patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and documenting care in compliance with facility standards. Job Details: Shift: Days, with 8 hours per shift Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 04/11/2027 Required Qualifications: Certified or licensed as a Physical Therapist with active license in the state of Texas, with at least 5 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. Schedule: Shift hours are days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: This position does not require float rotation. Candidates should be prepared to complete documentation with the applicable credentialing entity outside of the facility's electronic record system. Parking will be provided on the first day. Dress code specifics will be provided during orientation.
