DOE + $1.00 shift DifferentialHours: M-F - 1:00 PM - 9:30 PMPosition OverviewKratos is seeking skilled mechanical assembly technicians (levels I, II, and III) to join our growing production team in the manufacture of advanced switchgear, controls, and power distribution systems. You will work hands-on to assemble complex electro-mechanical products that power critical infrastructure in industries including utilities, defense, and renewable energy. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and quality craftsmanship are essential.Key Responsibilities (All Levels)Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies and electrical components from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructionsPerform mechanical alignments, torque fasteners to specification, and conduct fit checksUse hand and power tools to build control panels, switchboards, and associated wiringFollow strict quality standards, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing practices (5S)Perform basic to advanced electrical testing (depending on level), including use of multimeters, hipot testers, and power suppliesInterpret and complete build documentation, job travelers, and in-process checklistsUse of ERP systems (e.g., JobBoss) and mobile applications for tracking work and logging dataSupport continuous improvement efforts, collaborate with engineering and leadership on product and process enhancementUphold Kratos' code orange culture of excellence, urgency, and accountabilityTech I / Entry - $20–$23/HR.
