Director, Strategic Pricing & Commercial Operations

AbbVie

Associate Director role overseeing pricing strategy execution, commercial analytics, and portfolio optimization at a pharmaceutical company. The position partners cross-functionally with sales and marketing leadership to develop pricing frameworks that drive customer adoption, revenue growth, and loyalty program participation.

Responsibilities

Develop and recommend pricing strategies for products, programs, and loyalty initiatives
Lead pricing analytics, scenario modeling, and competitive market positioning analysis
Oversee field enablement strategies for pricing and loyalty program deployment
Partner with Finance on margin analysis and collaborate with senior management on market strategies
Drive governance of promotional offers and discount structures

Requirements

8+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or revenue management
Proven success building and leading teams toward strategic and operational goals
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Advanced analytics experience with Tableau, Excel, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools
