EAP, Life Insurance, and more Responsibilities Of a Building Maintenance Specialist Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, and completion of daily work orders as needed Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets) Light carpentry Minor plumbing HVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters) Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding) Qualifications For a Building Maintenance Specialist High School Diploma required Experience and knowledge of boiler and generator operation preferred Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred Work in an environment where our co‑workers and those in our care are treated just like family!
