Data Analyst Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (Remote to start) Type: Contract Rate: DOB US Citizen, Green Card, TN, GC EAD and H4 EAD only No Third-party agencies.
Tech Skills:
- Must have minimum 5-7 years of experience in a data analyst and business analyst role working with large data sets
- Analyze business requirements and define data requirements
- Translate requirements into technical specifications data models data mapping and transformation rules
- Develop business rules business requirement document traceability metrics etc
- Analyze data and generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations Self reliant analyst with experience in Agile Methodology
- Experience in group and life insurance domain Ability to navigate and drive consensus across an organizations executive technical and end user teams
- Participate and guide team in estimating work necessary to realize a story requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Lead or assist with project scoping and documentation by defining and analyzing requirements in order to translate requests into technical solutions Support project design implementation testing and deployment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi task
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with the team and all levels of the business Expert meeting facilitation skills
