Sr Mgr, Cost Engineering/DtV

Senior Manager leading Johnson & Johnson's Cost Engineering and Design-to-Value center of excellence across Innovative Medicine supply chain. Responsible for strategic cost management initiatives, cost structure governance, should-cost modeling, and digital technology oversight in support of R&D and procurement partners.

Responsibilities

Lead Cost Engineering center of excellence and drive aligned business priorities for Innovative Medicine
Develop and govern cost structures across all Innovative Medicine supply chain categories
Direct critical cost engineering projects and strategic cost management initiatives
Build should-cost models and design-for-value benchmarks for commodities and products
Oversee Cost Engineering digital technologies including Siemens PCM and supplier cost transparency database

Requirements

Master's in Engineering or Bachelor's in Engineering/Biological Sciences
Minimum 15 years manufacturing environment experience with multi-technology process knowledge
Minimum 5 years should-cost modeling experience in manufacturing
Broad knowledge of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, or packaging manufacturing
Proven negotiation skills with ability to develop fact-based rationales
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
CPSM certification preferred

Compensation: $122,000–$212,750 base
