We are seeking aDigital Marketing Specialistto join our Digital Commerce team. Reporting to theSenior Manager, Digital Commerce, this role is responsible for executing Uneekor's customer lifecycle marketing strategy across email marketing, customer education, content creation, and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate isequalparts marketer, project manager, and contentcoordinator. This individual will develop andoptimizeemail campaigns and automated customer journeys through email marketing tools, likeKlaviyo, manageUneekor'sblog and educational content, coordinate creative asset production, and support ecommerce initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. This position works cross-functionally with CustomerExperience, ProductManagement, Engineering, Sales,Brand, and external agencies to ensure customers receive the right information at every stage of their ownership journey while supporting product launches, educational initiatives, and ongoing ecommerce growth. Responsibilities Email Marketing & CustomerLifecycle Own the day-to-day execution ofUneekor'semail marketing strategythrough email marketing tools, e.g. Klaviyo. Build, manage, andoptimizeautomated customerlifecycleflows, enhancing the customer buying journey and experience. Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement, retention, and conversion. Coordinate email calendars around promotions, product launches, software releases, and company initiatives. Perform A/B testing and continuouslyoptimizecampaigns based on performance metrics. Monitore-commerce,websiteand emailcampaignetc.performance and provide recommendations for continual improvement.Thisincludesall e-commerce platforms, as well asResellersitesmonitoringandoptimization. Customer Education Partner with CustomerExperience, ProductManagement, and Engineering teams todevelopsupporteducational customer journeys. Transform support documentation, FAQs, setup guides, release notes, and product updates into engaging customer communications. Identify opportunities to proactively educate customers through automated email experiences and website content. Help reduce support inquiries by delivering the right educational content at theappropriate stageof the customer journey. Content Marketing OwnUneekor'sblog strategy and editorial calendar. Research, write, edit, and publish blog content focused on golf technology, simulator ownership, product education, company news, and industry trends. Coordinate content contributions from ProductManagement, CustomerExperience, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. Ensure all published content aligns withUneekor'sbrand voice, SEO best practices, and businessobjectives. Creative Asset Coordination Coordinate product photography, lifestyle shoots, video production, and other creative asset creation. Work with photographers, videographers, creative agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to execute marketing content projects. Assistwith planning product launches by ensuring all necessary marketing assets are completed and delivered on schedule. Organize andmaintainmarketing asset libraries for internal use. Website & Digital Commerce Support Assistwith website content publishing and maintenance through Shopify and the Sanity CMS. Support landing page creation, promotional updates, and merchandising initiatives. Helpmaintainconsistency across product pages, educational resources, and marketing content. Collaborate with the Digital Commerce teamSupporton ongoing website improvements and customer experience initiatives. Analytics & Optimization Monitor key email marketing and customer engagement metrics. Assistin reporting on lifecycle marketing performance and campaign effectiveness. Identifyopportunities to improve customer retention, engagement, and ecommerce conversion. Support SEO initiatives through content optimization and best practices. Stay current on digital marketing trends, marketing automation, and ecommerce best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal departments to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer communications. Work with external marketing agencies and creative partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and meetUneekor'sbrand standards. SupportadditionalDigital Commerce initiatives as business needs evolve. Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, ecommerce marketing, or content marketing. Experience with email marketing platforms such asKlaviyo, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools. Strong written communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills. Experience managing content calendars and coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Shopify ecommerce experience is preferred. Experience using Sanity CMS or other headless content management systems is aplus butnotrequired. Basic understanding of SEO best practices is preferred. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics platforms is a plus. Experience coordinating creative projects, photography, or video production is a plus. Knowledge of golf or a passion for the game is strongly preferred. Preferred Characteristics Self-motivated witha strong senseof ownership and accountability.
