Bilingual Assistant Property Manager -Ft Worth

Now Hiring: Bilingual Assistant Property Manager We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of property management or leasing experience. This role supports the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional service for both residents and prospects. What You'll Do: Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations. Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects. Utilize ResMan to manage resident records, applications, lease files, and financial reporting. Support rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency follow-up. Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner. Help coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor services. Step in to lead the office when the Property Manager is unavailable. What We're Looking For: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). At least 1 year of property management or leasing experience (required). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
