Compensation: $70k to $75k base salary plus per deal commissions. In theory unlimited earning potential. Over 6 figure earnings will be expected in the range of 130k-190k.

The Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for the daily operations of sourcing and helping underwrite deals with the Director of Acquisitions and various team members. You will have and grow a large network of relationships with outside agents and sellers and utilize various online resources in order to be successful. You will join a fun and experienced team who enjoys the daily hustle just as much as you do.

What you’ll do:

- Daily outreach to new brokers, agents, and sellers. Introduce these new lead sources to yourself and the company. Maintain existing ones

- Utilize the MLS and other online platforms to find new deals. Engage the listing agents. Set yourself apart from the competition.

- Coordinate with field personnel and project managers to arrange showings and inspections of target properties

- Attend showings and inspections yourself as necessary

- Perform due diligence, evaluate risk, collaborate with field personnel to determine budgets and valuations

- Submit offers, review contracts and disclosures

- Organize deal pipeline, follow up regularly, prioritize effectively

- Finalize deal proformas, create CMAs for internal use, analyze inventory reports

- Develop expertise in your markets, monitor trends, follow your deals from start to finish and learn from them

- Set clearly defined goals for yourself and hit them

Who you are:

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in residential or multi-family acquisitions

- Proficient with the MLS. Knows how to pull comps and perform accurate property valuations

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel

- Strong negotiation and deal closing skills

- Excellent communication skills. Outgoing personality

- Strong basic math comprehension. Quick with numbers

- Extremely self-motivated and driven. Takes ownership of what you do

- Positive, can do attitude who handles themselves professionally and works well with others
