Real Estate Paralegal - Chicago, IL

Position Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Paralegal with at least 5-8 years of experience for its Real Estate business unit in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities This paralegal will be responsible for document and file management, review of real estate closing documents and title documents, and preparation of corporate filings related to real estate purchases. Real estate and corporate experience is preferred. Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, a high-level attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered. Compensation The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $85,000 -$115,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
