We are looking for a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our team at the Colbert County Jail. What You’ll Do As the Medical Team Administrator, you'll help oversee the day-to-day delivery of healthcare services within the facility while working alongside a dedicated correctional healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include: Provide and oversee direct patient care within the facility Coordinate and support daily clinical operations Supervise and collaborate with nursing and medical staff Ensure quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures Complete assessments, medication administration, treatments, and other nursing duties as needed Communicate with providers, facility leadership, and the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Help ensure the medical department operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards Why You'll Love Working With Us Correctional healthcare gives you the opportunity to practice nursing in a setting where your skills, judgment, and compassion truly matter.
