Parts & Service Manager Shakopee location, Direct Hire, Monday - Friday only. A growing equipment company is seeking a hands-on Parts & Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, parts sales, and customer support. This leadership role is responsible for managing repair workflows, coordinating field service activity, supporting inventory operations, and driving aftermarket revenue growth. Responsibilities Lead parts and service team operations Manage repair scheduling and customer communication Support parts sales through phone, email, and online channels Monitor inventory accuracy and ordering needs Improve service processes and customer satisfaction Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to track performance Qualifications 4+ years of experience in parts, service, or aftermarket operations Strong leadership and customer service skills Experience with ERP systems and inventory management (NetSuite) Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving ability Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay and benefits offered in the range of 60,000 - 80,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
