Line Cook / BOH Kitchen Position
As a Line Cook / BOH Kitchen employee, you will be part of our kitchen crew! You will ensure that our food gets to our guests promptly and with a smile. We are a family-owned and operated pizza company and will treat you as the same. We have a fun team environment. If you are a friendly person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves pizza, this job is for you!
Line Cook / Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities:
- Consistently plate (from scratch) food items
- Keep areas cleaned, restocked and organized
- Be a leader in guest interaction and service while making orders
- Train and aid your team during rushes
- Lead a line and coordinate tickets to ensure standards are met
- Encourage your team to be the best in their position
- Maintain a positive and fun restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Previous hospitality/food service experience is required.
- Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume, high-quality environment.
