The RN will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity patients, including continuous assessment, cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator and IV management, and timely intervention for changes in condition. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, documenting in the EHR, educating patients and families, and upholding safety and infection control standards.
