Job Description

SERVICE ADVISOR AT LOGAN AUTO FIX

Job Description:

Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates.
Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and associated costs to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Keep customers informed about repair progress and any additional work required.
Schedule service appointments and manage daily service operations.
Process invoices, warranties, and payment transactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
Promote additional maintenance services and products when appropriate.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
Experience in an independent repair shop.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Experience with shop management software is preferred.
Valid driver's license.

This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with prior Automotive Service Advisor experience will be considered.

Pay: $23.18 - $25.14 per hour
