How you create impact

You will support the day-to-day coordination of time-sensitive healthcare shipments, serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. You will monitor shipment activity, provide timely updates, resolve service issues, and help ensure each move is handled accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

• Track and trace healthcare shipments throughout the transportation process

• Communicate shipment status, delays, and exceptions clearly to customers and internal partners

• Coordinate with operations, carriers, warehouses, and other service providers to keep shipments moving

• Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and system updates

• Respond to customer questions and service concerns with urgency and professionalism

• Escalate issues appropriately and follow through until resolution

• Support consistent service performance in a fast-paced, time-critical environment

What we would like you to bring

You are dependable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and understand the importance of accuracy and responsiveness when supporting healthcare customers.

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or a related customer care environment

• Experience coordinating shipments, orders, or other time-sensitive operational activity

• Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work across multiple systems while maintaining accurate records

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly to changing priorities

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal and external partners

• Experience in air freight or healthcare logistics is preferred
