Location Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living, North Dallas, Texas Position Summary We seek Experienced Line Cooks to join a chef‑inspired, scratch kitchen. The role focuses on preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items while maintaining kitchen sanitation and following safety standards. The team enjoys regular daytime hours; late‑night service is not typical. Responsibilities Consistently prepare all meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques. Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and presentation of meals. Utilize culinary skills to create high‑quality dishes that enhance resident satisfaction. Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and sanitized at all times. Work side‑by‑side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service. Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year cook‑to‑order experience in a full‑service kitchen. Weekend and holiday availability. Passion for scratch cooking and a team‑focused environment. Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen and maintain high quality standards. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $19.50 – $22.00, commensurate with experience. Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000 (new hires only). PTO and volunteer hours.
