Technical Business Analyst (Banking Domain) - Charlotte, NC - Contract Opportunity

Role: Tech Business System Analyst(Banking domain)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: Long term contract

Face to Face interview is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary coordinator for assigned externally hosted vendor applications.

Manage and fulfill enterprise requests related to application technical hygiene, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Partner with internal technology, risk, security, and compliance teams to ensure timely completion of required activities.

Communicate effectively with external vendors through written and verbal interactions to coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, and track progress.

Monitor application health and ensure required documentation, assessments, and artifacts remain current.

Track work using JIRA and maintain accurate status updates for initiatives, issues, and action items.

Follow established operational processes and documentation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Participate in Office Hours sessions and leverage available support channels to resolve questions, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.

Manage multiple concurrent priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and service expectations.

Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to leadership when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Experience supporting technology operations, application support, vendor management, or technology governance functions.

Strong proficiency with JIRA for work intake, tracking, and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Ability to independently navigate documented processes and execute with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.

Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
