Minimum Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects. Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability. Good communication skills in English. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a helper, assistant, or support role. Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures. Basic knowledge of inventory management or administrative processes. Ability to operate standard office equipment and tools. Flexibility to work varied shifts or overtime as needed. Responsibilities: Assist with the setup and breakdown of workspaces, equipment, and materials as needed. Support team members by performing general tasks such as organizing supplies, handling deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness. Help with loading and unloading materials or products, ensuring safe and efficient handling. Perform basic administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management when required. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to understand daily priorities and complete assigned tasks promptly.
