Job Details Job Location: Landmark - Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 Position Type: Part Time Join Arlington Properties as a Courtesy Officer Are you a current or retired law enforcement professional looking to serve your local community in a meaningful way? Arlington Properties is seeking a Courtesy Officer to help maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at one of our vibrant multifamily communities. What You’ll Do: Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily Respond to noise complaints and help de-escalate situations professionally Assist residents with lockouts and other non-emergency needs Monitor common areas like pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities Check lighting and report maintenance needs to the management team Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations Support overall community safety through routine patrols Contact local law enforcement when appropriate, in accordance with policy Why You’ll Love This Role: Positive Impact: Play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
